We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at our boutique hotel in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Known for its exceptional cleanliness and high-class rooms, our property takes pride in offering guests a luxury experience supported by a dedicated housekeeping team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness across all 250 guest rooms and public areas. You’ll lead, train, and support a team of housekeeping staff while working closely with management to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas meet brand and cleanliness standards.
• Train, motivate, and support housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency within the team.
• Conduct room inspections and manage checklists to maintain consistency.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain stock levels of amenities, chemicals, and linen while ensuring safe practices.
• Assist with rostering, performance reviews, and staff development.
