Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about cleanliness and hospitality? Ozone Services Group is seeking several experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to work with our partnership hotels in Melbourne, VIC. You will be working for a distinguished brand and be able to take your career to the next level! You’ll lead a dedicated team to maintain our hotel’s high standards, ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and pristine environment. GENERAL DUTIES:

  • Oversee, guide, and support the cleaning team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and on schedule.
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning standards in accordance with contractual and company requirements.
  • Supervise the daily cleaning and presentation of public areas, including common areas, bathrooms, lounges, reception, and corridors.
  • Ensure the team is fully conversant with health and safety obligations and adheres to policies.
  • Provide on-the-job training and support for team members to help them improve their skills and performance.
  • Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.
  • Part-time positions are available and will have to work on weekends if needed.
