HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

Pennswood Village, a Senior Living Community located in Newtown, PA, Bucks County, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Under the direction of the Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee daily operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff, conducting inspections, and managing supply and linen inventories. The supervisor will also assist with hiring and performance evaluations, enforce safety and sanitation standards, and respond to resident requests with professionalism and care. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to step in and perform hands-on cleaning duties when necessary.
