Job Description
Step into a leadership role as Housekeeping Supervisor at Peppers Marysville! In this key role, you’ll support the Executive Housekeeper in delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, ensuring every room meets our high brand expectations. Your attention to detail and leadership will be essential in maintaining a premier experience, while guiding and motivating your team to excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure high brand standards and immaculate room quality
  • Supervise and mentor the Housekeeping team, fostering a culture of growth and engagement
  • Assist with onboarding, recruitment, and staff training initiatives
  • Manage cleaning materials and equipment, ensuring productivity and efficiency
  • Contribute to staff rosters and help streamline team operations
  • Drive continuous improvements in team performance and service quality

    Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Flexible availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Proven experience in housekeeping operations, with a passion for delivering top-notch service

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with the team and guests
  • Computer skills with experience in Opera Cloud (training provided if needed)
