Responsibilities
  • Supervise the activities of all housekeeping staff to ensure clean, attractive and well-maintained guest rooms, corridors and service areas according to the standards required by the Hotel
  • Check each room daily on the assigned floor, to ensure it has been cleaned, laid out, supplied and presented to the hotel’s required standard
  • Liaise promptly with Housekeeping Manager and reception regarding any room discrepancies and rooms ready for re-letting
  • Participate in and carry out various housekeeping inventories
  • Perform any related duties and special projects, which may be assigned by the Head Housekeeper
