We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure an exceptional standard across the resort.
Job Description
In this role, you will assist the Executive Housekeeper with daily inspections, ensuring our high standards are consistently met. You will effectively supervise the Housekeeping team’s performance during shifts and play a key role in the induction of new team members. Additionally, you will ensure the effective use of cleaning materials and equipment, ensure the cost-effective use of linen, and assist with inventories as required.
You will be involved in the preparation of staff rosters, maintaining suitable and cost-effective employee levels. You will also play a key role in the recruitment and training of new team members. By coaching and empowering team members, you will help them develop their skills and stay engaged.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Previous housekeeping experience, preferred
  • Service-oriented with an eye for detail
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members
  • Experience with HotSOS, preferred but not essential
