As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you are jointly responsible for the daily supervision and quality control of the housekeeping operation. You report directly to the Executive Housekeeper and work as part of a team of three Housekeeping Supervisors. The room attendants are outsourced through a fixed employment agency, which makes you a key link in ensuring quality standards, communication and smooth cooperation on the work floor. What will you do? Daily supervision and guidance of room attendants Inspecting guest rooms and public areas in line with Radisson standards Ensuring efficient planning and task allocation Acting as the main point of contact on the floor for the employment agency Identifying and reporting quality and maintenance issues Contributing ideas for improvements within the housekeeping department Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety and health & safety regulations Why Join Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport/Radisson Hotel Group?
