Moving the sea – This is what awaits you

You will coordinate and support our housekeeping team in their daily work.
Together with your team, you will ensure our quality and hygiene standards are met.
You conduct quality checks in our apartments and public areas, always paying attention to detail.
You coordinate daily tasks and ensure smooth processes.
You will assist with the onboarding of new employees and support your team in their daily work.
You are the contact person for your team as well as for adjacent departments.
You take care of organizing materials, equipment, and inventory.
You contribute your ideas and help to continuously improve our processes.

You already have experience in housekeeping and ideally have gained initial leadership experience.
You have high quality standards and a good sense of cleanliness and order.
You work in a structured and reliable manner and maintain an overview even in lively situations.
You are communicative, team-oriented, and like to lead by example.
You enjoy supporting and developing employees.
You treat our guests and your team in a friendly, open and respectful manner.
Good German skills are desirable; additional language skills are a plus.
