We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

· Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
· Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure cleanliness and standards are met.
· Train, motivate, and support housekeeping staff to maintain productivity and service quality.
· Ensure adequate stock of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities.
· Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
· Prepare duty rosters and assign tasks to staff.
· Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
· Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the engineering team for quick resolution.
