EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

Previous hotel experience is considered an asset.
5 years supervisory experience in related industry
Be able to work both in a team and independently
Knowledge of Rooms Management System is preferred
Bilingual candidate is preferred
Must be able to work weekends (both Saturday and Sunday)

EDUCATION:

High School Graduation or equivalent required
WHMIS certification
Hospitality/Tourism/Business degree would be considered an asset

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, organizing and conducting pre-shift and departmental meetings, scheduling and directing Associates in their daily assignments. As one of the profit champion for Housekeeping, this position will develop and execute strategies that will ensure excellent customer service.
