As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor The Role: Housekeeping Supervisor We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dynamic team at SmartStay. In this essential role, you will ensure a welcoming environment for our guests by managing the housekeeping schedule, training team members, and conducting quality control across the property. Additionally, you will contribute directly by performing cleaning duties as needed. Your hands-on approach, attention to detail, and inspirational leadership will help uphold the exceptional service that our brand is known for. Responsibilities: Perform daily cleaning tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces, as well as changing bed linens, replacing towels, and replenishing guest supplies. Inspect apartments for damages and report any issues. Communicate and follow protocols for lost and found items. Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored. Follow health and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize cleaning tasks and meet deadlines. Respond promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping services. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all assigned apartments. Qualifications: Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality, hotel, or holiday home environments is preferred. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Ability to use mobile apps for following up on checklists and reporting maintenance issues. Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor tasks.
