Responsibilities

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO IN THIS POSITION?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to support both the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant and lead our team of housekeeping professionals. As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

  • Managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff
  • Ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
  • Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality control
  • Communicating with other departments to ensure guest needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment
  • Managing the department budget and ensuring that expenses are kept within budget
  • Ensuring compliance with hotel and industry standards for health, safety, and hygiene
    This position is either a day shift (from 07:00 to 15:00) or an evening shift (from 15:00 to 23:00). Please let us know which one has your preference.
