  • Create, manage, and adjust staff rosters to meet operational needs and ensure adequate coverage
  • Ensure rooms and public areas meet GIAN and client cleanliness standards
  • Inspect rooms and common areas for quality assurance and guest readiness
  • Train, motivate, and support team members to achieve performance goals
  • Assist with cleaning and room servicing during busy periods or when the team is short-staffed
  • Conduct regular stock control, manage supply orders, and maintain housekeeping equipment
  • Communicate effectively with Front Office and Maintenance teams regarding room status and guest requests
  • Uphold all Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and quality assurance standards

About You

  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Leader (hotel experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage and allocate staff rosters efficiently
  • Hands-on and proactive approach with attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Flexibility to work across weekends and public holidays
  • Knowledge of WHS and cleaning procedures

What We Offer

  • Part Time role (up to 37.5 hours per week + reasonable overtime)
