As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead and inspire the housekeeping team, ensuring that every guest room and public area reflects the highest standards of comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality. Your leadership, precision, and commitment to excellence will create an environment where both guests and team members thrive. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are: Leadership & Team Management Lead, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping team, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support. Create work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure the equitable distribution of workload among housekeeping staff. Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and attention to detail throughout the department. Room & Public Area Standards Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet established cleanliness and maintenance standards. Promptly address any issues, discrepancies, or maintenance concerns to maintain a flawless guest environment. Supplies & Equipment Management Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and coordinating orders as necessary. Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of all equipment and cleaning materials. Guest Service & Communication Address guest requests, concerns, and inquiries related to housekeeping with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain a positive and proactive approach to guest service, ensuring every interaction contributes to an exceptional experience. This role is an invitation to lead with precision and care. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will shape the environment in which our guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for, while inspiring your team to achieve excellence in every detail. Qualifications Experience Minimum of two years of experience in housekeeping, with a proven track record of managing or supervising staff preferred. Prior experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment is highly desirable. Skills & Competencies Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team while maintaining high standards of service. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written. Availability Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, in accordance with departmental needs.
