At The Groves Senior Living, we believe every role contributes to creating a clean, safe, and joyful home for our residents, and that includes our Housekeeping Supervisor. We’re looking for someone dependable and detail-oriented who takes pride in a job well done and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
This is a working supervisor position, which means you’ll be cleaning resident apartments and common areas while also overseeing the quality and consistency of work done by the housekeeping team. Our department is small, so we’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, lead by example, and hold others accountable with kindness and clarity.

• Clean resident apartments and common areas to meet community standards
• Ensure team members are completing their assigned duties thoroughly and on time
• Train, coach, and support housekeeping staff
• Monitor supply inventory and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Support a positive, respectful work environment aligned with our values of service, integrity, inspiration, and joy
