REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Previous experience in a Senior Housekeeping role within a 4/5* property
· Experienced in successfully supervising a Housekeeping team with proven results.
· Lead from the front delivering the highest of standards & consistency.
· Able to prioritise workload and able to work within a busy environment.
· Strong work ethic, making sure that the guest experience is fulfilled with any reasonable request carried out quickly and to the highest standards.
· Great attention to detail, taking pride in your performance and strive to provide the highest levels of cleanliness at all times.
· Passionate about hospitality, whilst delivering outstanding service.
· Experience of managing budgets and controlling costs to deliver agreed payroll and purchasing objectives.
· Ability to recruit, train, motivate and develop your team.
· Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and current legislation

· As Housekeeping Supervisor you will be proactive and hands on, leading your team from the front-line to deliver exceptional levels of standards to its guests. The hotels bedrooms, public areas and self-catering cleanliness must always be consistent at all times.
· As Housekeeping Supervisor you must have good communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will possess excellent organisational skills and be able to delegate and manage employees effectively, always leading by example
· You will be responsible for the cleanliness of all hotel bedrooms, public spaces and associate areas across hotel, whilst overseeing, managing and inspect the performance of the team whilst ensuring the condition of all furnishings, fittings and equipment are in good order, reporting any issues to the maintenance department.
· You will manage The Village Spa areas, public areas, linen & laundry
· You will ensure that the department runs smoothly and delivers the minimum standards set by the Company, therefore enabling a first-class service to guests at all times.
· Ensure outside walkways remain clear and free of debris continuously maintaining cleanliness in all areas.
· Dispose of all cleaning solutions appropriately,
· Coaching the team to develop their skills, holding review meetings and probation review meetings.
· Handling Employee relation cases within the department should they arise.
