Description We are seeking a motivated and versatile Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations while supporting front desk coordination and guest service when needed. This leadership role requires strong knowledge of housekeeping functions and the ability to collaborate with multiple hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience. This position plays a key role in ensuring rooms are cleaned, inspected, and ready for guests while also supporting front-of-house operations during peak periods or in the absence of the Hotel Manager. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily housekeeping operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms and public areas. Maintain working knowledge of all housekeeping roles including Guest Room Attendant (GRA), Houseman, Room Inspector, and Public Area Attendant. Serve as the primary point of contact between housekeeping, the Front Desk, and Night Audit teams regarding room readiness and operational needs. Lead daily morning huddles and afternoon briefings to communicate room status, VIP arrivals, and special requests. Address and resolve elevated guest concerns, maintaining a strong “yes-first” guest service culture. Maintain working knowledge of the Property Management System (PMS) and assist with check-ins or room assignments during busy periods. Step into a front-of-house leadership support role when needed, ensuring smooth operations in the absence of the Hotel Manager. Requirements Previous hotel housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and hotel operations. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Ability to handle guest concerns professionally. Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) preferred.
