The ideal candidate will have responsibility for the following areas:
- ensuring the Housekeeping team are trained and are fully aware of their responsibilities in order to achieve consistently high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel
- supervising our team of room attendants to ensure we provide a five star service to our guests
- assist the Head Housekeeper with the control of expenses and payroll
- assist with the recruitment of all members of Housekeeping team in line with current recruitment practices
- be “hands on” when required
