What You’ll Do Supervise and support a highly experienced housekeeping team, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency Assist the GM with daily housekeeping operations, scheduling, inspections, and department organization Serve as Manager on Duty when the GM is off, acting as a leader and point of contact for hotel operations Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout guest rooms and public spaces Conduct room inspections and provide clear, respectful feedback to the team Support training, onboarding, and ongoing development of housekeeping staff Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and company standards Communicate effectively with Front Desk and Maintenance to support smooth daily operations What We’re Looking For Previous experience supervising a housekeeping department in an upscale or boutique hotel Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a seasoned team High attention to detail and pride in delivering top-tier cleanliness standards Comfortable stepping into a leadership role and making decisions as MOD Excellent communication and organizational skills Spanish speaking is a plus Why Drift Work with a respected, professional housekeeping team Be part of a design-forward, people-centered boutique hotel brand Opportunity to grow with a company that values quality, culture, and leadership If you’re a confident, supportive leader who understands what excellence looks like in boutique hospitality, we’d love to meet you.
