If you love leading with energy and keeping things organized with style, this role is your perfect fit.     KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES   Operations Boss: Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision—inspections, reports, and productivity checks are your jam. You make sure everything runs smoothly and up to standard. Team Captain: Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and a positive vibe that keeps the team motivated and on point. Safety & Security Pro: Handle lost-and-found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys, storage rooms, and secure files—all while keeping safety top of mind. Cleanliness Champion: Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment. You’re the reason everything looks fresh, feels safe, and exceeds expectations.   EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE   High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus. 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
