We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our professional and friendly team here at the Vienna Woods Hotel. This role requires flexibility in terms of hours and includes weekend work.
Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, the Accommodation Supervisor will support the Accommodation Manager and team in meeting the high standards required and will also carry out Accommodation Assistant duties for the hotel including preparing rooms for guests and ensuring our general areas are maintained to the highest standard.
The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within the Accommodation department.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in housekeeping and cleaning, preferably in a hotel
• Must be standards driven and detail-orientated
• Strong customer focus
• Positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Must have a proven track record of motivating a team
• Fluent English

• On shifts where you are acting as Supervisor - checking and overseeing both public areas and bedrooms to ensure they of a high standard
• Liaising directly with the Maintenance team on any duties that may arise
• Cleaning and preparing hotel rooms, Villas and general areas to the Vienna Woods Hotel standard.
