Walton Arts Center and Walmart AMP are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to help create clean, safe, and welcoming environments for thousands of guests across two of Arkansas’ premier performance venues. As a vital part of our Facilities Team, you’ll oversee housekeeping operations at both our indoor Fayetteville campus and the outdoor Walmart AMP amphitheater in Rogers, ensuring top-tier cleanliness and service during concerts, performances, and special events. What You’ll Do: Supervise, train, and support a team of housekeeping staff Coordinate event support and cleaning schedules across both venues Ensure safe and efficient housekeeping practices Jump in to assist with cleaning duties when needed Represent Walton Arts Center/AMP positively with patrons, staff, and vendors Collaborate with other departments and attend weekly planning meetings Experience in an event or venue setting?
