Qualifications As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will: Overseeing daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and comfort standards Supervising, supporting, and motivating housekeeping team members to meet service and productivity goals Assigning daily work schedules and inspecting completed tasks for quality, accuracy, and policy compliance Communicating clearly and professionally with guests and team members to answer questions and provide direction Inspecting and preparing units to confirm they are “vacant and ready” before releasing them for guest arrival Training and coaching new and existing team members to support consistent performance and growth Identifying and reporting maintenance or engineering issues through established company procedures Responding promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and follow-ups Leading by example while consistently upholding company values, service standards, and expectations Additional Information To be successful in this role, you should bring: A strong sense of integrity, passion, and work ethic The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in outdoor weather conditions when required Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English Why Westgate?
