You'll guide your team through the ups and downs of a busy day, drawing people to you like a magnet. Passion – Creating a positive impact. Work Ethic – Taking pride in your work. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will: Be in the driver’s seat and guide your team to succeed. Assign duties to housekeepers while inspecting team members. Respond quickly to guest requests and follow ups. Supervise assigned teams. Qualifications 2+ years of supervisory experience. Fluent in verbal and written English is required. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals. Must be able to lift 35lbs. Must be able to work weekends and holidays if required. Westgate Resorts is a Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace. Responsibilities
