JOB SUMMARY

The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the facility. SKILLS

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service.
  • Develop work schedules for housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and maintain operational efficiency.
