Now, we’re looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who shares our passion for excellence and attention to detail.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring our guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces reflect the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort. You’ll lead a dedicated team, foster a positive work environment, and work closely with other departments to deliver the Zelda Dearest experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior housekeeping experience required; previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Passion for hospitality and pride in creating a welcoming space

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring all rooms and common areas meet quality standards
  • Train, support, and schedule housekeeping staff
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities
  • Coordinate with maintenance and front desk to address guest needs promptly
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linens; manage ordering and stock levels
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation protocols
  • Assist with hands-on cleaning when needed during high-demand periods
