Responsibilities

Reporting to Executive Housekeeping Manager, you’ll:

  • Assist in the management and supervision of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring smooth running of check-in days, including lodge cleaning, delivering supplies, auditing of standards and attending to owner and guest requests
  • Acting as a Senior Supervisor, leading a team of cleaners and supervisors and taking responsibility for the delivery of the exceptional cleanliness of lodges in your section
  • Overseeing your teams compliance with all company standards in relation to our guests, team, the environment and health and safety.
