The award-winning The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort Costa Navarino are seeking for a Housekeeping Team Leader. To be successful in this role you will have: At least 3 years of experience as a Floor Team Leader or at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a 4- or 5-star hotel. Attention to details. Ability to train housekeeping staff. Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees. Serve as a role model. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Support team to reach common goals. Excellent knowledge in both Greek and English. Responsibilities
