Mar-Bella Colelction is seeking for a Housekeeping Team Leader who will be running day-to-day operations and provide training, coaching, and counseling to all housekeeping employees to ensure best performance and delivery of guest experience. Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned and maintained to the required standards. Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient time management and work prioritization. Conduct inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and address any issues immediately. Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff, ensuring that they follow hotel standards, safety, and hygiene protocols. Coordinate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to handle special requests or report necessary repairs. Ensure proper stock and inventory management of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, and liaise with suppliers when needed. Handle guest complaints and special requests regarding housekeeping services professionally and in a timely manner. Ensure that laundry and linen services are maintained according to hotel requirements. Monitor the performance of housekeeping staff and provide feedback or corrective actions as necessary. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and hotel policies. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Keen attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Good organizational skills for managing staff schedules and housekeeping operations. Excellent knowledge in both Greek and English High school diploma or equivalent. Formal training in hospitality or housekeeping management is preferred. Professional and approachable demeanor. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
