Key Responsibilities: Team Supervision & Leadership Supervise and guide housekeeping attendants to ensure high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Conduct daily briefings, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance. Provide training and mentorship to team members on procedures, safety, and service excellence. Operational Management Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met. Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning schedules. Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies, linen, and equipment, and report shortages. Guest Experience Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and feedback regarding housekeeping. Ensure rooms are prepared to meet brand standards for arrivals and VIP guests. Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and guest satisfaction. Compliance & Safety Ensure housekeeping staff follow safety, health, and hygiene protocols. Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the engineering/maintenance team. Enforce compliance with hotel policies and brand standards. Reporting & Documentation Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and supply usage. Prepare shift or daily reports for the Executive Housekeeper/Housekeeping Manager. Assist in audits and inspections as required. Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience in housekeeping in branded hotels preferred. Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team. Good communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards. Key Competencies: Guest-focused and proactive approach. Attention to detail and quality. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Teamwork, reliability, and professionalism.
