Description Housekeeping Team Leader Job Type Full-time, Sunset, SC • Housekeeper Hourly / Full – Time Starting $18 per hour Reports To the Housekeeping Supervisor Purpose: In addition to performing and maintaining the high cleaning standards throughout all amenities and lodging programs, will lend direction and follow up on the execution of the day-to-day routine and activities of the department. This position will also train new employees joining the housekeeping team, ensuring they are familiar and knowledgeable with our policies, routines, and procedures. Assist with all other duties as assigned, planned, or unplanned, as requested. Skills: Ability to work within a Team atmosphere Keen sense of awareness to detail Dependable Multi-Tasker / Efficient use of time Present a pleasant demeanor and positive attitude Professional initiative, enthusiasm, and dedication to excellence Duties: Floor Care – Vacuuming, Sweeping, and Mopping of all types of flooring Dusting – Ceilings, Molding, Walls, Baseboards, Fixtures, Countertops, & Accessories Cleaning, Stocking, and Sanitizing of Toilets, Sinks, and Fixtures Trash Removal Laundering of Linens and Towels Cleaning Glass and Windows Execute Cleaning Detail in Lodging Units Maintain Clean, Neat, and Safe Work Area At All Times All other tasks as assigned, planned or un-planned Requirements Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Pass Drug Screening and Background Check Available to work all 7 days of the week between the hours of 6am and 8pm. With two days off each week. Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs.
