We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team on a permanent fly-in/fly-out basis, working 10 days on / 4 days off from Hervey Bay.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Housekeeping Team Leader, you will take a hands-on approach to daily operations, stepping up to oversee the housekeeping team in the absence of the Housekeeping Supervisor. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, enjoys working in a small team, and thrives in a dynamic and remote environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and support the housekeeping team when the supervisor is on days off
• Perform room servicing and departure cleans
• Clean public areas including guest bathrooms
• Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards across all areas
• Carry out regular deep-cleaning tasks
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and chemical handling procedures
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
