The Team Leader – Housekeeping plays a critical leadership role within the Housekeeping Department, supporting the Housekeeping Manager in the day-to-day operations across both Falls Mountain Retreat and Hotel Mountain Heritage. This role ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest service are consistently delivered while providing support, guidance, and motivation to the housekeeping team.Key Responsibilities
