Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeping Team Leader/Supervisor to work with us at our client’s properties in the Gold Coast QLD region.

Tasks include but not limited to:

  • Maintaining the property’s cleaning and hygiene standards in guest apartments and public areas.
  • Undergo checking cleaned rooms behind the Room Attendants to ensure the property’s cleaning standards are being met.
  • Assisting and liaising with our Head of Operations with staff training, staff re-fresher training, keeping record of onsite toolbox talks and keeping the senior management team updated with operations onsite.
  • Rostering staff, and reporting issues to the senior management team so they can liaise with the Property.
  • Be willing and able to clean a set amount of apartments if required.

Requirements:

  • Must live in the Gold Coast, QLD area. Must be able to easily commute.
  • Minimum availability: 5 days per week. Will be required to work on weekends and public holidays during high volume periods.
  • Experience in hotel housekeeping is required.
  • Exceptional high attention to detail and ability to maintain standard whilst working under pressure and time constraints.
  • Reliable, customer-focused, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must have permission to work in Australia.

Pay: From $26.70 per hour
