Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team for 2026 in Corfu Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain hotel cleanliness standards. Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards. Assign daily tasks and schedules to housekeeping staff. Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the engineering/maintenance team for repairs. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, and assist with stock management. Support in the recruitment, induction, and evaluation of housekeeping staff. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene procedures, including COVID-19 protocols if applicable. Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping promptly and professionally. Maintain records of staff performance, attendance, and daily operations. Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
