JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
  • Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
  • Dust, vacuum, and mop floors while ensuring all surfaces are sanitised.
  • Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms and communal areas.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols and health regulations to maintain a safe environment.
  • Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.
