Join us and help keep our hotel clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We are hiring Housekeeping Associates to clean and maintain hotel guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. This position is essential to delivering an outstanding guest experience and maintaining high cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas Must be able to maintain required housekeeping productivity standards (measured in average minutes per room) Change linens, make beds, restock supplies Follow all safety and cleaning procedures Report maintenance or safety concerns Keep housekeeping carts and work areas organized Provide friendly, professional customer service Work independently and with the housekeeping team Qualifications Hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but no experience required Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Must be available for weekends, nights, and holidays Benefits & Perks We offer one of the highest starting wages for hotel housekeepers in the area, plus great full-time benefits: Health, Dental, Vision Life Insurance 401(k) PTO Company Discounts Supportive, respectful work environment MCHG is an equal opportunity employer.
