    Job Description

Assist in cleaning and preparing guest rooms and public areas according to established standards directed by supervisors

  • Learn proper usage of cleaning tools, products, and techniques through hands-on training and observation
  • Support housekeeping staff in daily operations, including linen changes, restocking supplies, and organizing storage areas
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover during high-occupancy periods
  • Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner as per Hotel standards.
  • Engage in ongoing training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of housekeeping best practices
  • Ensure the privacy and security of guests by respecting “Do Not Disturb” signs and managing lost and found items appropriately.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school certification.
  • Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to take on various shifts.
