Responsibilities
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping supplies, ensuring that all housekeeping closets and storage areas are well-organized and fully stocked with essential items such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.
  • Manage the inventory of linens, tracking usage and ensuring an adequate supply is available for guest rooms and common areas, while monitoring for loss or damage.
  • Collect and transport dirty linens to the laundry facility, ensuring proper separation and handling of linens to maintain quality and prevent damage.
  • Assist with the delivery of clean linens to guest rooms, ensuring that all linens meet the resort’s standards for cleanliness and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing guest satisfaction through effective inventory management and attention to detail.
