JOB SUMMARY

The House Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal of public areas, meeting rooms, and guest-facing spaces throughout the hotel. This includes cleaning, deep maintenance, delivering guest items, and supporting housekeeping and front desk teams as needed. You’ll be part of the backbone that ensures a polished, comfortable, and inviting environment for every guest.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or hotel experience a plus
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs regularly
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, and move for long periods of time
  • Availability to work AM shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and guest-focused attitud

Responsibilities
  • Clean, buff, and maintain lobby and public area floors daily
  • Shampoo carpets and furniture in public spaces as needed
  • Clean and restock public restrooms throughout the shift
  • Set up and maintain lobby functions such as complimentary coffee service
  • Assist with cleaning and setup of meeting rooms and events
  • Deliver guest items (luggage, amenities, packages) upon request
  • Handle Lost & Found items according to Avion Hospitality standards
  • Complete daily assignment checklist and report to supervisor
  • Return all keys and assignment sheets at end of shift
  • Follow safety practices and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support hotel operations
