HERE’S WHAT WE ARE SEARCHING FOR:

We are currently seeking a detailed oriented Full Time Houseperson who is passionate about the hospitality experience. We understand that a positive work environment directly translates to our focus on promoting a positive, diverse work environment. Associates at Hilton Vancouver Metrotown share a passion for making our hotel a place where guests prefer to stay, and team members choose to work.

• Stock linen closets with amenities and supplies for room attendants; may include taking supplies directly to room attendants.
• Empty room attendant carts of soiled linen and trash.
• Clean and remove spots from corridor walls and doors. Polish and clean mirrors, room numbers on guest room doors, and elevator doors.
• Vacuum, sweep, and/or mop hallways, stairwells, vending areas, and foyers.
• Flip mattresses and move furniture as assigned by supervisor.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs
• Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications
• Support team to reach common goals
• Preform other reasonable duties as required
