About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Houseperson to join the Hilton Garden Inn in Billings. In this hourly, full-time position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our premises, driving the hotel shuttle to pick up and drop off guests at the airport, supporting various operational tasks, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. What You'll Do Maintain cleanliness and organization across assigned areas, including hallways, public spaces, and back-office areas. Operate the hotel's airport shuttle Assist the housekeeping and engineering teams with tasks such as delivering supplies and setting up equipment. Ensure a safe and hazard-free environment by adhering to established cleaning and maintenance guidelines. Respond promptly to guest or team member requests and provide exceptional service support. Perform minor maintenance repairs or escalate issues to the appropriate department as necessary. Support with inventory management and replenishment of supplies in designated areas. Collaborate with the team to address any operational concerns and maintain high standards of safety and efficiency. Qualifications Prior experience in a housekeeping, janitorial, or maintenance role is preferred but not mandatory. A valid driver's license is mandatory Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Reliable and punctual with strong time-management skills. Physically capable of performing tasks that include lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Responsibilities
