Description We are seeking a hands-on dynamic individual to join our team. The Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel and providing guests with quality service in a timely and friendly manner. This is a 3pm-11pm position and includes weekend. Must have valid driver's license and have a good driving record. Responsibilities: Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, stairwells, outdoor area, and parking lots. Guest room - preventative maintenance program Drive hotel courtesy shuttle up to two miles around hotel Setting up and maintaining the complimentary hotel lobby functions including coffee service and water service. Cleaning and setting up meeting functions rooms. Assist with the delivery and restocking housekeeping stations. Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables throughout the property, including outdoor spaces and parking lot. Support room attendants by supplying clean linens, towels, and guest supplies as needed. Support room attendants by stripping linens and removing trash from guest rooms as needed. Maintain equipment and storage areas in an organized manner. Delivering service items to guest rooms upon request from the front desk. Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
