This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of housekeeping services and contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Where you can make an impact: Assist housekeeping staff by delivering linens, cleaning supplies, and other essentials. Maintain cleanliness in hallways, storage areas, and other back-of-house spaces. Collect and transport soiled linens and trash to designated areas. Respond to guest requests for additional items such as towels or pillows. Set up and break down meeting or event spaces as needed. Monitor and replenish supplies in common areas and housekeeping carts. Report maintenance issues to the appropriate department for resolution. Adhere to hotel safety and sanitation guidelines during all tasks. Assist with deep-cleaning projects as assigned by management.
