Description Join Lake Lawn Resort as a Houseperson and support our housekeeping team in delivering clean, organized, and guest-ready spaces. This is an active, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy and being part of a team. Position Details Employment Type: Part-Time Shift: Day Shift (Mornings, Weekends, Holidays required) Department: Housekeeping / Hospitality Incentive: Sign-On Bonus available What You’ll Do Stock and maintain housekeeping carts, linen rooms, and supply areas Remove soiled linens and trash from guest floors and transport to designated areas Vacuum hallways, stairwells, and common areas Deliver guest-requested items (cots, cribs, refrigerators, etc.) Sweep patios and assist with light exterior cleaning (windows, entryways) Move furniture and assist with room setup as needed Support room attendants by keeping floors clear and organized Respond to guest requests and communicate needs to the team Follow all safety, cleanliness, and service standards Requirements What We’re Looking For Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred, but not required Reliable with availability for morning shifts, weekends, and holidays Strong work ethic and ability to stay active throughout the shift Team player with a positive, helpful attitude Ability to follow instructions and work independently Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally Work Environment Indoor and outdoor work in a high-volume resort setting Exposure to varying temperatures (hot, humid, cold) Moderate noise level Fast-paced, physically active role About Lake Lawn Resort Located on Delavan Lake, Lake Lawn Resort is a premier destination known for exceptional guest service and a strong team culture.
