Description Doubletree by Hilton is seeking a versatile individual to fill the role of Houseperson, Lobby Attendant, and Night Porter. This hybrid role involves maintaining cleanliness, supporting housekeeping, and ensuring guest areas are welcoming at all hours. If you are flexible, hardworking, and service-oriented, this role is ideal for you. Where you can make an impact: Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and corridors. Assist guests with inquiries and requests during evening and overnight shifts. Support housekeeping staff with linen deliveries and supply restocking. Monitor and secure the hotel premises during overnight hours. Respond promptly to guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism. Perform light maintenance tasks, such as changing lightbulbs or addressing spills. Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed. Conduct nightly rounds to ensure all areas are secure and operational. Report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department. Adhere to safety protocols and hotel policies during all tasks. Requirements Education/Formal Training: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, maintenance, or security is a plus. Knowledge/Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy items. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to various responsibilities. Flexible schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Commitment to guest satisfaction and safety.
