As a Houseperson, you’ll play a key role in supporting our housekeeping team and ensuring our public spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming. Clean and maintain hotel public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, stairwells, and elevators. Assist room attendants by delivering linens, amenities, and supplies. Remove trash and soiled linens from guest floors and housekeeping carts. Set up and break down meeting rooms and event spaces as needed. Respond promptly to guest and staff requests for assistance. Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping closets and storage areas. Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Comfortable with physical tasks like lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person! Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
