Job Summary: This position will be primarily a daytime role, but may be some nights if needed. Weekend availability is required. The house person will be responsible for: * Stripping Rooms * Making Beds * Doing Laundry * Covering Public Areas when Needed * Doing Stayover Cleaning Benefits * Medical and Dental Insurance * PTO * Competitive Pay * 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan * Life Insurance * Disability Insurance * Hotel Room Discounts * Ongoing Training and Career Development Responsibilities * Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas * Primary focus is public spaces and ensuring those spaces are cleaned daily. * Strip linens & trash from guest rooms * Stock closets and housekeeping carts * Vacuum, sweep, dust, and clean rooms to hotel standards when needed * Refurnish the room with supplies, towels etc. * Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner Qualifications * High school diploma or GED preferred * Previous housekeeping experience preferred * Attention to detail * Previous customer service experience * Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed About Us: At Regency Hotel Management, hospitality is who we are—and what we do best.
