You’ll help maintain the overall cleanliness and readiness of the property’s shared spaces to ensure every guest receives a welcoming and polished experience. This role is ideal for someone who brings Grit to every shift, works Stronger Together with the team, and takes pride in delivering service with Integrity. What You’ll Do Work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary. Maintain cleanliness of public and service areas, including hallways, elevators, stairways, bathrooms and lobbies Respond promptly to guest's light maintenance requests and prioritize tasks efficiently Perform miscellaneous minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and batteries, resetting TVs., plunge toilets, etc. Assist housekeepers by delivering supplies, removing soiled linens, and responding to guest room service needs Complete preventative maintenance projects as assigned by leadership Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or guest property found in public areas Respond to guest requests with urgency and professionalism Maintain communication with front desk teams Follow Resolute Road Hospitality policies, safety standards, and cleanliness protocols Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Basic understanding of housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance operations Familiarity with the safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals Experience with equipment such as vacuums and commercial washers/dryers Ability to communicate clearly Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting Friendly, guest-focused, and team-oriented demeanor Education & Experience High school diploma or GED preferred Previous housekeeping or laundry experience is a plus Additional Information Consistent attendance and adherence to Resolute Road Hospitality’s standards are critical to success in this role.
