Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain designated areas, including rooms, hallways, lobbies, and common areas - Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces - Restock supplies in rooms and common areas - Ensure all areas are kept neat, clean, and organized - Follow established procedures for cleaning and disinfecting to maintain a safe and healthy environment - Handle guest requests promptly and professionally - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel - Adhere to housekeeping schedules and complete tasks within designated timeframes Requirements: - Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred - Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care procedures is a plus - Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness standards - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed - Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as required by the business Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
